It was a tough two days for the Red Demons after suffering two loses. On Thursday, the Demons lost to Maize 71-98 and on Friday against Wichita East 58-76. This was their last chance to redeem themselves against Leavenworth and they gave it their all. Dodge won against Leavenworth 80-69 and placed seventh overall.

Dodge stood tall as they took the lead against Leavenworth in the first quarter 22-12. Noah Sowers, 11, and Hunter Heath, 12, led the Red Demons by a total of six points. John Johnson, 10, scored three points and Adrian Mendoza, 11,  scored three points for the Demons.

Dodge continued to lead in the second quarter 40-29. Sowers once again led the team, scoring a total of six points. Heath scored four points and Mendoza scored three.

By the end of the third quarter, Dodge still remained strong with a score of 62-48. Senior Kaden Rickenberg entered the game strong, leading the team with six points along with Sowers. Heath also contributed with a total of four points as Gleason scored three.

In quarter four, Dodge continued to stand tall as Leavenworth tried to narrow the score margin. Sowers ended the game being the top scorer with a total of 30 points. Heath scored a total of 20 points. Senior Luke Gleeson and Rickenberg both scored six points.

This ends the Red Demons appearance at TOC, with them placing seventh overall in the Tournament of Champions.
