Band-o-Rama is an enthralling concert of band students throughout the district, coming together from Comanche Middle School, Dodge City Middle School, and Dodge City High School to perform at the Civic Center.

The prep work of organizing and planning the order of the concert took the directors three days. The community helped place seats for the students on the court of the Civic Center that made it quicker and easier.

Students practiced their music for months. The middle schools had just participated in MS WAC Festival for the year.

“It is my favorite part of the show, seeing the sixth through eighth graders and being able to hear and be reminded as a teacher of the large progression in just two years,” said Hollyann Sewell, DCHS assistant band director.
